Delivery Status

• On shipment, the customer will receive an email confirmation which includes a tracking link and number. The customer can refer to the tracking link and number to get up-to-date information of their delivery. Should the customer have any other queries regarding their order, they can contact us through email – orders@metrohome.ph. 

Delivery Timeframe 

• Metro Manila: 3 to 4 days; Luzon: 4 to 7 days; Visayas and Mindanao: 7 to 10 days.  
• Delivery timeframes may vary due to unforseen reasons such as weather conditions. 

Changing or Cancelling an Order 

• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. We kindly encourage you to carefully review your order before completing the checkout process.
