  • 4 Boneless Pork Loin (chops, ¼ to ½ inch thick)
  • 3 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 cups Buttermilk
  • ¼ cup Buffalo Hot Sauce
  •  1 ½ cups All-Purpose Flour
  • ½ cup Cornstarch
  •  2 teaspoons Paprika

Cooking Instructions:

  1. It could be simply seasoned with salt and pepper and carefully marinate with several spices of your choice.
  2.  You can make a quick brine solution to break some of the muscle tissues and help the meat maintain its moisture.

  5. Rub the mixture on all sides of the pork chops. Make sure that it is distributed evenly and let it stand for a few minutes to absorb the seasoning.
  6.  Heat the frying pan and pour-in the cooking oil.
  7. When the oil becomes hot, put in the pork chops and adjust the heat to low.
